01

The service

Enternica is a workspace for event inquiries, commercial proposals, bookings, agreements, invoices, service-delivery records, and related collaboration between bookers, talents, and their authorized representatives.

Unless an Enternica entity is expressly named as a party in a separate agreement, Enternica provides the software workspace and is not the booker, talent, employer, agent, escrow provider, bank, or insurer for a transaction.

02

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use Enternica only if you have legal capacity to do so. If you act for another person or organization, you must have the authority required for every action you take.

Roles, delegations, signing designations, and operational authority shown in Enternica do not create authority that you do not otherwise hold. You are responsible for promptly correcting inaccurate profile or representative information.

03

Inquiries, bookings, and agreements

An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is created only through the product state and approvals shown in Enternica. The commercial terms and agreement accepted for a booking govern that booking in addition to these platform terms.

Users must review dates, scope, fees, tax treatment, payment destination, deliverables, cancellation terms, and signing authority before approval. Enternica records workflow and consent evidence but does not replace independent legal, tax, or financial advice.

04

Invoices and payments

The current product supports invoice records, bank-transfer instructions, and payment evidence. Enternica does not currently hold funds, process card payments, guarantee payment, or provide escrow.

Users must independently verify the immutable payment destination shown on an invoice before transferring funds. A status shown in the workspace reflects the recorded workflow; it is not a bank statement or independent financial certification.

05

Profiles, files, and user content

You retain responsibility for content you submit, including profile information, media, inquiry details, agreements, invoices, and payment evidence. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share that content.

You grant the service a limited permission to host, process, copy, and display submitted content only as needed to operate the product, deliver it to authorized viewers, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

06

Acceptable use

You must not use Enternica to:

  • break the law or violate another person's rights;
  • misrepresent identity, authority, availability, or payment;
  • upload malware or attempt unauthorized access;
  • harass, exploit, discriminate against, or defraud another user;
  • scrape, probe, overload, or interfere with the service; or
  • publish confidential or personal data without a lawful basis.

07

Third-party services

Enternica currently relies on third-party infrastructure for authentication, database services, file delivery, email, and optional Google sign-in. Those services can have their own terms, availability, and security boundaries. The current provider and data-transfer details are described in the Privacy Policy draft.

08

Availability and account restrictions

Pre-release software can change, contain defects, or be unavailable. Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to secure the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or protect users and data.

A production suspension, appeal, data-export, and account-termination process has not yet been approved. Public launch must not occur until those minimum account-lifecycle controls are available and documented.

09

Terms still requiring approval

The operator's legal identity and address, official contact channel, effective date, governing venue, liability allocation, indemnity, formal dispute process, and production account-termination terms are intentionally not represented as final in this draft.

These items require founder and qualified Indonesian legal review before the Terms can become effective or the product can be released publicly.

10

Changes and questions

Material changes should be dated and communicated before they take effect. Continued use must not be treated as consent where the law requires a more specific action.

A working legal and support contact must be published here before public launch. Until then, this page is a transparent review artifact, not an effective contract.
